This card is super sweet. I mean come on, discard it to send a battling ninja to the bottom of the deck. So then you could take out the best ninja and most likely win a victory or an outstanding victory. Cha-Ching

The third Hokage is undeniably one of the most powerful cards out right now. The reason is because his ability is something you can't respond too. If you are in the middle of a Jutsu chain, he can simply say "screw this, put your ninja on the bottom of your deck" and you've got no chance to do anything about it, its gone. And any jutsu that target played are negated. You are most likely going to lose the battle with an outstanding victory at that point. The third is also a deck seen in EVERY deck that top 8'd the latest two Jounin tournaments.
