Part Time Order VerifierOct 13th, 2011Order Product Verifiers are the last line of defense to ensure that our customers receive the correct quantity, condition, and edition of the items they have ordered. With hundreds of thousands of products, verifiers must be skilled and knowledgeable on a vast array of games and supplies. Most Order Product Verifiers have previous experience in one or more of our major product lines, though many attain expertise through other positions within the company. While it is impossible to know every item we stock, general knowledge and the use of on-line references can ensure that the customer receives what they ordered!

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Order Product Verifiers will receive completed order from the warehouse along with an order form that will list all items by name, quantity, condition, and any special information that may apply. They will then check each item against its entry on the order form, paying attention to areas such name, quantity, unit of measure (pack/box/set/case), condition, edition, rarity, etc. Any errors will be logged and returned to the warehouse to be corrected. Upon correct verification, the order will be logged as correct and complete and forwarded to the packing and shipping area for shipment to the customer.

Education and Experience Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in one or more of our product lines, including:
o Magic: the Gathering
o Yu-gi-oh!
o Other Collectible Card Games (CCGs), such as Pokemon, Naruto, World of Warcraft, etc.
o Role Playing Games (RPGs), such as Dungeons and Dragons, D20, etc.
o Collectible Miniatures: HeroClix, Dungeons and Dragons, MageKnight, etc.
o Current and Out-of-Print Board Games
Required Talents and Skills
• The willingness to follow direction and complete assigned tasks quickly and efficiently
• An extremely strong attentiveness to detail and the ability to learn and retain product knowledge such as differentiating card types, print editions, grade conditions, etc.
• Must be proficient in navigating websites and performing basic computer tasks.
• Enthusiasm and the ability to work within a team structure in a fast-paced work environment
Physical Requirements
• The ability to perform light physical duties and lift up to 20lbs
• Must be able to remain standing for extended periods
Schedule Requirements
• Normal work hours will be on a 1st shift schedule
• Must have reliable transportation to our Corbin, KY location

Part Time Product Processor and SorterOct 3rd, 2011Product Processors and Sorters are specialized teams who turn raw product into inventory-ready stock. Prior experience in our product lines is a major plus, but definitely not a requirement. While many of these team members have strong working knowledge of our products, with a strong team behind you, it won’t take long before you are trained and confident in your team role!

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Product Processors and Sorters will receive daily tasks involving the preparation of product received into a form that can be added to our online inventory system and placed into our warehouse. These tasks may involve separating and sorting boxes of trading cards into groups based on certain criteria or opening packs of cards and sorting by rarity. Other duties may include compiling sets of cards, confirming quantities, and verifying conditions.

Education and Experience Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Preferred experience in any of our product lines, including:
o Magic: the Gathering
o Yu-gi-oh!
o Other Collectible Card Games (CCGs), such as Pokemon, Naruto, World of Warcraft, etc.
o Role Playing Games (RPGs), such as Dungeons and Dragons, D20, etc.
o Collectible Miniatures: HeroClix, Dungeons and Dragons, MageKnight, etc.
o Current and Out-of-Print Board Games
Required Talents and Skills

• Must be able to remain seated for extended periods

Part Time Shipping Order ProcessorOct 3rd, 2011 Shipping Order Processors are ultimately responsible for ensuring that customer orders are securely packaged and properly shipped to the correct destination. Our shipping department utilizes an advanced shipping interface to quickly and accurately weigh, meter, and label packaged orders. This is a fast-paced position targeted at individuals who possess a high level of energy and enjoy tackling tasks as part of a team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Shipping Order Processors will receive completed and verified orders from our warehouse. They will then select proper packaging (boxes/mailers) based upon the nature of the order (dimensions, weight, etc), and the shipping method chosen. Items should then be placed inside the package and secured with various packing materials, taking care to avoid any damage during packing and prevent potential damages during transit. After packing, our shipping system will weigh, meter, and generate an appropriate shipping label with only a barcode scan and two clicks of a mouse!

Education and Experience Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
Required Talents and Skills
• The willingness to follow direction and complete assigned tasks quickly and efficiently
• A strong attentiveness to detail and the ability to learn new procedures
• Knowledgeable in taking measurements and applying spatial reasoning to select proper packaging for customer orders.
• Motivation to acquire additional training and certification
• Proficiency in navigating websites and performing basic computer tasks
• Enthusiasm and the ability to work within a team structure in a fast-paced work environment.
• The ability to maintain a clean work area while observing safety policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements
• Able to perform moderate physical duties, including walking, reaching, stooping, squatting, and lifting up to 50lbs
• Must be able to remain on your feet and active for approximately 8hrs daily
Schedule Requirements
• Normal work hours will be on a 1st shift schedule
• Must have reliable transportation to our Corbin, KY location
• Must be available to work weekends, if required
