Using a graveyard control deck, this is one of the best complete lockdown combos that is used. Combo up with web of Inertia making your opponent get rid of graveyard, it can be devistating. Unfortunately it works both ways

I love this card. I had a deck designed a around it a week after i got it. It keeps people from doing anything! A few good cards to use with it are web of inertia, lost in thought, reminisce, choking tethers,slate of ancestry,slipsream eel (cycle) aphetto grifter,aphetto alchemist, and disruptive pitmage(not to counter, just tap mana.)

I love this card. Seriously, I designed a deck around it and it rules. my favorite combo is lost in thought and wall of inertia. I found that it can totally freeze an opponent. if you use it though make sure you have plenty of instants,sorcerys, or cards with cycling. it lets you do alot while your opponent has to discard cards from their hand to untap lands.

it is a card with much potential. a card just waiting for some brilliant players to break it.
