* This is the most useless card in the game. Other than steel golem....

***** Just blinking a normal creature for no apperent reason once or twice in a game is not that great, but there have been tons of decks build around this card. Cycling is prevelent in this block, and there are countless ways to abuse this. I do agree that this could very possibly get banned or at least restricted at some point.

***** probly my favorite white enchantment EVER. its so awesome in every way. and when u use it on ur opponents creautres it REMOVES THEM FROM COMBAT. and if u do it during their end of turn step, their creauture doesnt return till u attacked and killed them.

*** Absolutely fantastic situational card. Beautiful way to activate "comes into play" effects for any creature card. This is also the single best way I know of to knock out Phage the Untouchable; assuming your creature removal doesn't provide the means to do it. Despite its utility, I'd say only 3 stars since your deck has to be constructed around this card in order to use it with maximum effectiveness. There are lots of good creatures with cycling, but lots of better ones I'd prefer to use (from older sets) without cycling.

***** This card is awsome! It may not be obvious, but it is! First of all, there are always abilities that are triggered when a card comes into play, but you can also remove an opponent's attacker or blocker from the game for a turn, or save your creature from destroy effects or lethel damage (the ability phasing comes to mind). Perhaps it is most powerful with eternal witness: e.g you can cycle a decree of justice, remove eternal witness from the game, and when the eternal witness comes back, retrieve your decree of justice from the graveyard. You can keep doing this, turn after turn, as long as you want and until you swarm your opponent to death.

* How is this card awsome? for one, it's only when someone plays a cycle ability, and for what? To remove a creature from the game just to have it come back? NOW tell me what's so great.
