This card rocks. It gives every sliver "flash". If you opponent attacks you can play a sliver and block with him and he didnt even see it coming. Having the element of suprise is worth 2 mana.

That wouldn't work.. I'm thinking this would be awesome with wild pair, dormant sliver, gemhide sliver, and maybe mana echoes.

extremely useful in some situations. it means you can use another sliver from your hand during the combat phase to pump up your other slivers. plated sliver to save your own guys or a muscle to hit harder without giving your opponent a chance to block or increase damage is killer.
