A Luxan Warrior, Ka DD'Argo was wrongly imprisoned by the Peacekeepers as a scapegoat for the murder of his own Sebacean wife, Lo 'Lann. Several cycles ago, D'Arego and Lo 'Lann secretly married - a taboo by Peacekeeper standards - and gave birth to a half-Sebacean, half-Luxan son, Jothee. When the marriage was discovered, Lo 'Lann was killed by her own brother, a Peacekeeper named Macton, and D'Argo was framed for the crime and imprisoned aboard Moya.
D'Argo possesses an exceptional sense of smell, extraordinary strength, and the long, stinging tongue of the Luxan race. His weapon of choice is the Qualta Blade, which can be used as both a broadsword and a pulse rifle. Although known as a fearsome fighter in battle, D'Argo has begun to reveal to his shipmates the compassionate side to his nature as well as the friendship with which he regards them.
