Awsome card. -- By from Festus,MO,USA on February 18, 2004 |

Amazing card. Works brilliantly with nourish on an Isochron sceptre. -- By Anonymous from Bangor, N.Ireland on September 21, 2004 |

Will be one of the best card of the time. Nourish with isocron scepter are nothing. Play it like a 'Serra Avatar' but with life doubling combo. (easy hint: 'Loxodon Warhammer') -- By Anonymous from Sydney, NSW, Australia on December 15, 2004 |

Well... whats there to say
Its a fairly good card, being a 4/4 for five, its not that good in that respect, but damnit if you can gain life on the go its great.
My reccommended strategy for this card is to enchant it with armadillo cloak or a simiilar card so it doubles every turn. -- By Dangimoth from California, USA on August 31, 2005 |

Damn good! Beacon of Immortality on turn 6 (you play it turn 5) and you can get something like a 24/24 creature. -- By Lord of the Dragons from USA on March 27, 2006 |

Building this into a deck with Martyr of Sands, Nourish, and Stream of Life will produce on hell of an overpowered creature. Partner it with Phantom Wings or something to give it trample. -- By Anonymous from OR on August 20, 2006 |

Ridiculous, simply ridiculous, a 4/4 creature for 5 mana that gets permanently bigger every time you gain life! This is the staple card in my main elf deck because when it is coupled with Wellwisher the stats climb faster than anything. The first time I tested it out with Wellwisher I managed to get it to around a 300/300 creature in only eight short turns. My opponent was over killed by a lot. The only reason this card isn’t banned is because not enough people are utilizing it. I would have given it 6 stars! -- By Debbie from Philadelphia, PA USA on April 24, 2007 |
