The second in Toy Vault's line of Egyptian Gods designed by Ron Spencer. Bast, daughter of Ra (coming next in the series), is both an avenger and a protector. Besides protecting the king, she also protected children and pregnant women. She was also associated with the lions and desert cats of Egypt, and was said to possess their ruthlessness and ferocity. |

This cat has claws! Actually, the claws on her paws make for a great scratching tool, but this is only if she feels like it! The overall appearance and quality of this item is excellent and is a great addition to the stuffed Egyptian Gods collection...

I love Bast!
I especially love her little tennis racket looking scepter thing she has. I have all three of the Egyptian God Plushies so YAY!

I just recieved mine in the mail today. The eyes are very almost luminescent, she has a lot of character. Her description on the tag and the sistrum in her hand show a much more historical depiction of her than I have seen previously. A very nice addition to any collection and wonderful for me who is a personal, modern day devotee of the Goddess Bast, Herself.

My little Bastet is probably the most detailed and beautiful of all of my plush animals!! She conquers all with her razor sharp staff whenever I play with her. She may be a little expensive, but she is worth it. But to see just how cool Bastet really is, you need to see her in person. If you get the chance, buy her!

This Bast plushie is incredibly well made and the description of her on her tag is incredibly informative. I was also impressed by her beautiful eyes and by what a cuddly little Goddess she is. A must for any fans of Egyptian mythology.
