***** Another way to use the zubera spirits effects is to combine them with the Devouring Greed sorcery card (2 BB as an additional cost to play Devouring greed, sacrifice any number of spirits. Target player loses 2 life plus 2 more life for each spirit sacrificed this way. You gain that much life.) Not only will you do a crap load of damage, but with the right amount of this guy and the other zuberas on the field, you can obliterate your opponent instantly!

***** As far as common cards go, the zuberas are definite winners. I started off with a basic zubera deck, 4 of each color (floating dream, ashen skin, ember fist, silent chant and dripping tongue) and after my friends caught on to my tactics... that they are indeed better off dead... they wouldn't block em when I'd attack. Well, the Ravnica block sent me my answer to that problem. Throw in a Scorched Rusalka and for 1 red, sacrifice a creature - deal one damage to target player... my friends wouldn't kill my zubera's so I do it myself! And it hurts almost twice as bad when you're sacrificing them to deal direct damage, or the green Rusalka lets you sacrifice em to gain life.... throw in a few Death Denied's to pull all their funky butts outta the graveyard... rince and repeat! :) Another option is to throw in a couple Petal Mane Baku to build up ki counters that can be used for any color of mana to help you play them all at once and then turn around and sacrifice them again. I've never had so much fun killing of my own creatures until I ran into the zuberas! Another handy creature is the spirit by the name of Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker... "Whenever a creature with power 1 or less is put into your graveyard from play, you may return that creature card to play under your control at end of turn if Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker is still in play." And all the basic zubera's are 1/2's. Sacrifice em all, reap all the rewards, end of turn hits and they're all right back in play! Now I'm after all the Myojin's since I also play with the Honden's in the same deck... Myojin's for brute force and then zubera's are just sheer fun. Happy sacrificing!

***** This rating goes out to all the Zubera. this one is second best, close to the all powerful floating-dream zubera. god, you people thought that Skullcalmp was the answer to control decks. Well, youve got a new contender. these guys are the absolute answer to Wrath of God, since they're better dead than alive.
