bad,very bad... -- By Royston-the-great from Singapore on March 04, 2006 |

This card is one of the top 10 common cards in standard for a reason. It is a creature fetch land, for 2 measly mana. You can sac it at random, or block sac and get a land. Thinning your library of land concentrates spells, increasing the chance of getting the deck's combo. Combine this card with kodama's reach, and there you go, all the mana a deck should need. -- By strtfwd from USA on April 03, 2006 |

One of the best commons in the block for the Green mage. Mana Acceleration is key to bring out the bigg stompies. -- By BIG Joe from Whitehall, Pa on April 21, 2006 |

simply a staple. every green deck should have 4. it would outmode the ramped growth if they were easier to get. -- By isao.zimmer from interlachen, fl usa on September 29, 2007 |

Not too shabby. Certainly a must-have against this season's extended deck-to-beat: Dredge. Having one of these in play will give you a quick and easy way to kill that pesky Bridge from Below. Very, very useful. And, as always, you can sac it after putting combat damage on the stack to kill an attacking/blocking creature, and still fetch a land. -- By Gem from Winnipeg, MB, Canada on April 02, 2008 |
