As far as pre-cons go this is a safe bet.It give you a real strong feel for the new nijitsu mechanic. and is not to over powering to figure out for new or starting player......If you have a couple of extra bucks i would recommand buy a second one,for the simple fact of what they put in is very strong, but you might need to add one or two more of some key cards....but all in all a very strong pre-con -- By Anonymous from woodbridge, VA usa on February 06, 2005 |

This is a good deck for someone who has played...but never owned their own deck...if you've seen someone play with the Ninjutsu abilities...on a previous review for this deck someone mentioned buying to decks...and i highly recommend doing that...if you have a complete set of the ninjas and enchanments like Phantom wings and Ginju of the Falls...you will rule with this deck.. this deck will rule against your opponents...even if they are Experienced. -- By William Allen from Paradise, Ca USA on October 05, 2005 |

This deck says "expert" for a reason! If you are a beginning player, stick to Samurai. You'll get crushed if you don't know what you are doing with this deck. If you've been looking for a new strategy and you've been playing a while, though, this is your deck. But, I cant give this 5 stars because it just didn't impress me all that much. -- By Anonymous from US of A on December 20, 2005 |

Some would say that this deck sucks. I disagree because the ninjutsu mechanic is incredible. This deck is great for combos and the creatures are very well rounded. I suggest that you add a few cards to it though. This deck can be made better with the following cards. Kusari-Gama which helps discourage anyone from blocking you as it strikes all of the defenders creatures. Make this deck black and blue so that you can have even more ninjas. The ninjas from the Rat's Nest Deck are very good to add to your ninjutsu deck(same series: betrayers). Add a few Dark Banishing cards, an Infiltrator's MageMark which allows you to strike unopposed with any creature that is enchanted with anything! For the grand finale an Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni card to really pull those combos off with a plus of being to use your opponents creatures against them. -- By Christopher Kloc from Golden,Colorado, USA on June 09, 2006 |

Very good Pre Con, this was the start of my ninja themed deck. This goes next to Bait and Bludgeon as one the better precons in mtg -- By Matt from Joffre, PA on March 19, 2007 |

Very good deck once you upgrade it a bit. trouble is, that i find that absolutely EVERYONE has this deck, so it really is annoying when this deck is the only one that you ever seem to play against :P
Whispersilk cloaks are a must-have for this deck, & i have 2 in my deck.
I also like combining the Whispersilk cloak with the Juggernought (5/3) as it makes a real mess of your opponent. I only included the juggernought as I thought that this deck needed a bit more muscle.
I give it 3 stars because i think its best when upgraded, and the fact that everyone else has bought it too means that i only give it a rating of "nothing special" in its un-upgraded form.
However, this deck has great potential and i do think that its worth buying. -- By ATH from IoW, british isles on May 28, 2007 |

I bought this deck for $5.00. I bought cause first thing it was cheap, second thing the pack came out on my birthday February 4th, and I hadn't bought or built any mono-blue decks and I thought the Ninjitsu deck was a good concept. -- By Anonymous from Sacramento, CA USA on September 30, 2007 |
