**** Mirror Gallery shines in the right decks. Legendary lands, creatures, artifacts - it all comes down to how you're gonna take advantage of it. I for one think that having 3 Takeno, Samurai General on the battlefield in a Samurai deck seems pretty nuts. Samurais not your thing? How 'bout 4x Mindslaver? 4x Mormor Vig? The list is almost endless, and you can do a lot of crazy stuff that you'd normally think impossible (Hey, did anyone ever find out what happens when you have two copies of Krark's Thumb on the battlefield and try to flip a coin?) Definitely a unique card, and deserves a good rating for originality, opportunity and being ably to create the most wacky combos.

***** To slow people complain about this, iv been able to get it out in turn ONE! Slap down a few artifacts like Phyrexian Walker for example, iv manage to drop 3 firt turn before and played Tolarian Academy and then played Tinker, which is also a GREAT way for a turn one Darksteel Colossus!

*** You can't do kiki-jikki's. kiki jikki's text says"target non-legendary creature." mirror gallery allows you to have multiple legends out, but if something says "target non-legendary" card this doesn't change your options. the problem is...5 mana is a lot. really, really a lot. you can only play your legends after you play this, mostly one turn at a time. so...way too slow but makes for some interesting decks.

* this is terrible as soon as you put this out your going to want to get legends out pronto this could take a couple of turns - too slow also if you do have those legends out all your ooponent has to do is destroy this and then all of your double legends would destroy eachother because the legend rule would kick back in

**** The reviewer above has the right idea, this card is usually not going to win you the game. That said there is one combo in particular that can take over a game pretty quickly. Grand Arbiter Augustin the Fourth+Mirror Gallery+Followed Footsteps. Hmmm, how about your spells get cheaper every turn and your opponents get more expensive. If you throw in a Paradox Haze or a Doubling Season your opponent is going to get run out of the building pretty quickly.

** Fun in some sort of casual deck. If you're serious, 5 mana should win you the game, this will not.

**** legend rule 420.5e - If two or more legendary permanents with the same name are in play, all are put into their owners' graveyards. This is called the "legend rule." If only one of those permanents is legendary, this rule doesn't apply. [CompRules 2005/10/01] Yes, you can have more than one legend in play...that's the point of the card

**** You can not make infinite Kiki Jikis, because it simply takes away the legend rule. Not make creatures non legendary. Sweet card though.

***** This card's awesome! I used this with Tolshmir Wolfblood's ability and I beat everyone with the combo! (although it is kinda easy to get rid of if the opponent has artifact destroyers.)

***** Think of some of the dacks this can make, a honden deck with 4 red hondens 4 green hondens you could devistate your oppnent with this card.

***** Ok its fifth grade, here's the story problem: What does 1 mirror gallery + 1 Soul foundry + 1 Braids, the cabal minion = ?

  -- By Cole from Lufkin,Tx on April 05, 2005

***** Great card, you can have 4 of any legends in play. What would you say about 4 Evening Star dragons or 4 Gaea's Cradles on the table, pretty cool card!

*** This is a very strange card. The first response of most people is "What the heck? Why would they even thnik of revoking the legends rule." After that initial response, one gets down to what can be done with this card. Easy enough to play two or more Gaea's Cradle or Tolarian Academy with it. Or infinite Kiki Jiki's. Definitely an interesting card to add to the collection. Worth the money.
