This is a ok card for ninja.Though I 'm a little disappointed I mean four to cast I'd expect that from something useful like a Higure or a Ink eyes.This is a slow card and it's only upside is the discarding two cards part.If it was a 4/2 it would be better but basically you're looking at a four to cast deals three damage to target player and he/she discards two cards it may seem reasonable but it ruins tempo and mana curve unless you use dark ritual.What happened to the easy to cast ninja of the deep hours that runs tempo in blue/black.t I'd expect something like this in a black ninja ratimation deck though.There's only a upside if you have a lot of mana and your opponent has few creatures and the creature they have a weak.This card is reasonable but slow and I'd prefer playing something with a bit more Zing like a throat slitter, prefering to concentrate what's on the field more then the hand unless it's tooth and nail or fish or burn.
