This truelly is one of the most overated cards I've ever heard of! This card is soooo great. Why not use Mirrodin's Core instead? 
This card defines multi-color strategy in the block constructed format. It also happens to be a turn-faster in constructed than Mirrodin's Core. All you have to do to realize that this card should be one of the most highly sought after cards is play with it. 
You ask why this card is better than mirrodin's core? Why of course because it comes into play untapped with a charge counter already on it, while all you can get from the core first turn is a colorless. Great strategy for multicolor decks and with the debut of the ravnica bounce lands, the tendo charge counter can be used more than once...I love this land. Your Rights :
