The Main Street Bank is the repository of a large amount of Main Street Money, and is custodian for unissued Policy Need Cards.
Agents in the Game pay the Main Street
Bank any penalties and costs incurred by playing - Taxes, Time Waster Fee, and Country Club Membership, for example.
The Main Street Bank pays Agents Premiums when an Agent "sells" Policies on Main Street. When an Agent is on Easy Street, the Main Street Bank pays the Automatic Commissions. The Main Street Bank also pays Agents "Expense Money" for going past Square One, and any Rewards or Bonuses called for by Agent Idea or Prospect File Cards.
The Main Street Bank can never go bankrupt. It is authorized to issue additional Main Street Money if needed to cintinue play of the Game. |
