On May 23, 1941, these steel leviathans met in the most famous battle of WWII. The results are history, but now YOU can command either of these powerful ships and alter the course of the war in the Atlantic.

Operation code-name RHEINBUNG, the most ambitious naval plan conceived by German military masterminds, is in your hands. Can YOU as German commander execute this daring plan and disrupt the British supply line to America and the Commonwealth. Can YOU as the British commander marshal your superior numbers in time to prevent the outbreak and inflict the mortal blow to the vaunted Kreifsmarine.

Included are scenarios ranging from the actual Bismarck campaign to several "What if?" situations that allow warshops of the American and Free French navies to participate as well as an expanded German fleet. Movement is hidden, requiring intelligent coordination of available air and sea forces to locate and corner the enemy. A Hit Record Pad lets you see at a glance the capabilities and condition of the ships as you are fighting.

Game includes over 100 of the significant air squadrons and warships that participated in the Battle of the Atlantic and which are maneuvered over a multi-colored mapboard of the North Atlantic. Basic, Intermediate and Advanced versions make it possible to refight many different battles at various degrees of complexity and realism.
