Overcosted is a word that comes to mind. Wizards put this in a pre constructed deck. Why?!? You could get Zephid for one more mana, whch is a question I don't even ask myself as to what to purchase. 1 dollar more to get a creature with flying, 0/1 more and an ability that protects it from spells and abilities, or this piece of poo. Here is something i propose to you and all of your friends to support: Wizards would make decks not just to promote some newfangled ability like 
my personal favorite card, it's the first magic card i ever got. a 3/3 with flying for 5 mana is kinda pricy, but this has saved me more than once against decks with no flying creatures Your Rights :
