Good but 5 mana is a lot, trust me. Make this card cost 4 and and it's a solid rare, but the 2 colored mana make it tough to splash for, and 5 mana is a lot.

It's not a bad card. It can refill your hand somewhat at the cost of 5 mana, and card drawing is always wonderful to have in a magic game...unless of course your opponent has a 'Black Vise' in play.
