In this third supplement for Original Dungeons & Dragons, Eldritch Wizardry adds druid character class, additional magic items and artifacts, and rules for demons and psionics. This supplement was printed from April, 1976 to November, 1979.
The First through Fourth printings identify the drawing on page 3 as a "Balrog"; this reference is omitted in the Fifth printing and later (due to the Tolkien copyright issue).

First Printing:
Printed in April, 1976
Does not have printing date or number on first page
Missing the quote from the Wizard Tzoonk (on page 43 within the Codex of the Infinite Planes)
Drawing on page 3 is identified as "Balrog"
Second Printing:

Includes quote (on page 43) from the Wizard Tzoonk
