Hooly crap. This will often come out on turn 3 since green has good mana acceleration. It gains you 4 life, you can blink it to gain another 4 life. Imagine turn 1 Lanowar Elves, Turn two Primal Rage, turn 3 Loxodon Hierarch, turn 4 giant growth or gaea's anthem or glorious anthem or BLANCHWOOD ARMOR...anyway very nice.

GWB decks running Pernicious Deed should definitely play a set of these as well. They're a great way to regenerate all your creatures that fell to the Deed.

Awesome and effective card, great with plague boiler and is the mcuh better cousin of the baloth, gaining life when it comes into play and not when its leaving leaves much potential , four for a 4/4 can also cause your opponent some problems , i have already seen many b/g decks sneaking in that extra plains or a couple temple gardens just to get this guy out, expect to see this card a lot, it could be the root of a good amount of green white beatdown decks.

Great beatstick. 4/4 for 4 with no drawbacks and can protect your army. If that's not enough, gains you life when it comes into play instead of when it leaves play. Quite abuseable. Works great with Plague Boiler.
