A ready-to-play 60-card theme deck, a customized strategy insert, a random Ravnica: City of Guilds premium basic land card, and a random Pro Tour Player card. Rulebook not included.
AZORIUS ASCENDANT
The Azorius guild is the ruling class of Ravnica, and they're not just aboe the law--they're above everything. As they tangle their foes in bureaucracy and red tape, they spar freely over the city. The forecast ability just makes them more insufferable.
This can be a pretty formidable deck but it needs some real tweaking first. Don't expect to win with it right out of the box, it's way too unfocused.

Loses almost everytime to Rakrados Bloodsport from Dissension. It's not horrible, but not strong either (mana cost too high)

This deck is nearly untouchable. Great solid defense, annoying fliers (for your opponent), great card combos, i highly suggest this deck

I think the forescast ability is the best mech in Ravnica. A great deck

The forecast mechanic is pretty handy and the deck emphisizes on flying and defender creatures. Top it off with an ability to tap and untap creatures its over all a pretty formidable deck.

This deck deserves five stars, however, beginning players will find it hard to realize the Attack/Block/Attack theme of this deck, making it an unsuitable starter deck.

I think this guild will be the most powerful of dissension: there are several very good creatures ( augustin IV).
But the deck needs a few changes to work better...
