Run this baddie with Training Grounds and your friends will hate you because you can just counter Isochron Scepter, Royal Assassin, Icy Manipulator, Gilder Bairn, etc. or tap out all their creatures and attack or vice versa tap all their creatures so they can't attack then attack the next turn while they're all still tapped. 
I think this one of the best guildmages made. Its both abilities are useful and cheap. Combined with something like Palliaton Accord itīs even better! Your Rights :
