This card is great considering mana burn has been all but phased out recently.

Pretty good card, give you the chance to get the experimental kraig or your protean hulk before the 4th turn. However mana burn could be a factor but i would worry about that too much. You have enough chance to use all the mana in this deck.

The only thing I would be worried is not being able to use all my mana in the pool put in by this card, which would then lead to taking mana burn damage.

This WOULD be a good card, but by the time you will be able to play it, you probably will have enough mana so that you don't need it.
