Works best in a mana-ramp deck (G/R), but stick with Spark Elemental/Ball Lightning in a mono-R burner. Despite that I like the art and flavor.

Beautiful creature.. a great way to get rid of your opponent's heavy-hitting creatures while doing some damage. Helped me get in 4th place at the release tourny at my local card shop. A definent must for red aggro decks!

Can be better and can be worst then a fireball (depending on the situation) even though it can do two more damage then what a fireball can do.

I had the most fun with this card. For just one its a mini-ball lightning. G/R can be a tough build at times but when it works out it is amazing! Doubling Season and this guy is really fun! Right after the turn you play a Doubling Season, play a land and now you have a 12/1 what fun! Just add a souped-up Jitte for more fun!
