An incredible card to use in a blue/green deck, though due to the specific casting cost it makes it difficult to stick 4 into a deck while other useful counters are much easier to pull out. It is an incredible card for the ability to counter activated abilities, but 3 in a deck would meet my needs any day. 
5 Stars! It may be a little more costy then I would like a counter spell to be, (both price and casting cost) but this thing can help against countless situations Your Rights :
