So many abilities. Awsome. Great Angel. Will dominate over Phage with out any problems. -- By Anonymous from Ledyard, CT USA on February 09, 2003 |
|
Wow, this card is definately one of the best angels ever. I guess that you could expect it with an all creature series though. Perfect for any white deck that needs some protection from red or black, and she can defeat Phage without dying herself (but the chances of the two creatures going at it with one another is fairly small) -- By Anonymous from San Jose CA on February 18, 2003 |

This card deserves an encore. I'm in a love-hate relationship with this card. It is an awesome card, but I play with the darkside (black cards) and this card is going to be a pain in my side! -- By Anonymous from Double Springs, AL on February 18, 2003 |

This card is one of the best cards I've ever seen. I wish I had this card so I can beat my friend. Angels are my favorite creatures. -- By CJ from Herndon, VA USA on February 27, 2003 |
|
This is one of the best cards I've ever seen! It's a 6/6, which is not bad, and it also has almost every attack ability there is! Flying, First Strike, Trample, Haste, Protection from Black and from Red! If that's not enough, ATTACKING DOESN'T CAUSE THIS CARD TO TAP! If you are a serious magic player and have a little extra money, GET THIS CARD! -- By Derek from Atlanta, GA USA on March 06, 2003 |

I used to rever Visara and Avatar of Woe for their power and ability to destroy creatures. Akroma blows them out of the water with her protection. She has to be one of the best creature cards to date! -- By Anonymous from United States on April 14, 2003 |

Best Angel Card there is. Being foil gives it a special touch. I am so proud of having this card, that i'm never going to separete from her. -- By Anonymous from Portugal on May 11, 2003 |
|
Though Avatar of Woe is an insanely sweet card it wouldn't even affect Akroma considering one of its numerous qualities is protection from black. Akroma rules! -- By Anonymous from Indiana USA on October 19, 2003 |
|
it is the maddest card ever made! -- By Anonymous from Anonymous on October 22, 2003 |

Kickass card that everyone should have in a legend or an angel deck! It is really helpful for situations when you play a black or red deck. Especially when they don't have flyers. When I was playing my bro (playing for 10 years) he played a phage and I thought I would be killed but I got akroma next turn! The pro black really was useful -- By Me from Here on December 15, 2003 |

i just got this card, i have been collecting 2 weeks and i'm over the moon i got my hands on such a great card. I had a few games with it, apart from the instant kill creature cards ( this card frightens ppl) nothing could touch it. So happy!!!! -- By Anonymous from Australia on December 23, 2003 |

Great card, fun and kicks butt. Works well in white or part white deck. Serra Avatar eat your heart out! -- By Anonymous from Vancouver, b.c. Canada on December 25, 2003 |

She has to be the best card of them all!!! I win every game with her. nobody wants to play with me any more because I always win. -- By Anonymous from Pittsburgh PA USA on January 22, 2004 |
|
Akroma is the bomb. She is near the best of the best. She has a crap load of special abilities and is a 6/6. She may never see a tornament but she still rocks. -- By Anonymous from VA, USA on January 30, 2004 |

Yea this card is simply one of the best white angels out there. You have a white deck and dont have this you should really consider. And like most everyone agrees you cant beat its abilities. Hands down one off the best angels. -- By Anonymous from landcaster,PA USA on April 13, 2004 |

This card is godly. -- By Anonymous from Warren, MI USA on May 26, 2004 |
|
This card is pretty amazing for 8 mana! Even though someone i Know can play it in one *cough*breathoflife*cough*. I am eager to see what would happen if a battle between Akroma and her rival, Phage!! I believe Akroma would win. -- By Anonymous from Anonymous on July 06, 2004 |
|
Akroma, Angel of Wrath is the best white creature in the game. it is the best counter burn for burn decks and she wastes no time to slaughter your opponent for 6 damage. -- By Anonymous from menomonee falls, wi usa on November 19, 2004 |

This is the best card in magic. Good thing i have one, hehe -- By Anonymous from houston texas on December 30, 2004 |

" I tap Akroma and oops you lose, Sucker!" -- By Anonymous from walawala,WA USA on April 26, 2005 |
|
Even if it is pretty expensive to buy and play the abilities this card has makes it worth it! I was thinking of making a white and black deck combining the strategy and sheer power of Akroma with the instant killing effect of Phage! That actually would work very well, Akroma clears the field and Phage destroys the opponent! The greatest enemies combining as one: Why can't we be friends, why can't we be friends! -- By Temujuin from Here writing this review on May 17, 2005 |

Akroma is my favorite angel, always saves me, even blue decks fear when I use it. I feel really lucky to have one foil (50 dlls.) -- By Zero planeswalker from Ensenada, B. C., México on May 24, 2005 |

Great card, helps you win games. -- By Anonymous from Columbia, MO USA on May 26, 2005 |

I wish I could give it more stars.....8 seems good. I got Akroma in my first Leigons booster and my friends couldn't believe it, but hey, neither could I. I have won soooooooo many games with it, and even more if you count when the other players just quit when i play it........this has got to be one of the best cards ever made. -- By me! from middle of nowhere on October 17, 2005 |

This card is one of the most kick butt cards ever peoples. Kmon 8 mana for a 6/6 Flying, First strike, Hast, Trample, Protection from red, black and attacking does't cause it to tap aw man thats sweet. If you give it Shield and Sword of Kaldra and Loxodon Warhammer uve pretty much have the game in the bag. Me personally I have 3 in my deck. So get one if your a white deck fan because they will help. -- By Anonymous from Pheonix, AZ USA on November 17, 2005 |

This is by far one of the best cards I've played with. It has got me through so many matches. The abilities of this card are very hard to defeat. I only own 1 but I would love to have another. -- By Kenny from Springfield, Mo on November 23, 2005 |
|
I'll admit, Akroma is a great card. For god's sake if you can get her out she'a practically a game winner, but one thing people seem to not understand is that her protection from black doesn't save her from Visara. Plus Phage is much better. -- By Sage of the order from Order Headquarters on November 26, 2005 |

cost is kinda high i might sell this so i can enhance my elf deck muahahahaha!!!!!!!!! youll never catch me, its ok were safe now akroma away from the freaks......muahahah!!!!!!!!!! -- By Anonymous from gfdsgsd on March 27, 2006 |

Akroma, plus Concerted Effort. Wow, all creatures with all of those abilites. And they are the same color.
I don't know if someone could put up a defense to that one. -- By Anonymous from USA on June 20, 2006 |

I just love this card. Whenever i get it out it's pretty much game over for my opponent, ANY OPPONENT! Don't matter what colour they are. It ROCKS!!! -- By mike from Wellington, New Zealand baby!!! on July 08, 2006 |

This plus concerted effort. The first time i bought a couple of Legions packs i pulled TWO OF THESE! MY FIRST TIME! You can give your entire army all of her abilities! -- By Anonymous from in front of his computer on July 08, 2006 |

There should be an option to rate this card a 20. She rocks. Being foil makes her look very hot. Definetely one of the best creature cards to date. Vissara, Avatar of Woe, and Phage dont stand a chance! -- By Awwwnold the Governator from Austria on August 21, 2006 |

Wicked card. Totally rockin' if you have it against a red or black deck. Normally 8 mana is pretty expensive for a card, but this is totally worth it. A 6/6 with flying, haste, trample, and protection from red and black. -- By Aidan from Bonn, North-rhein Westfalia, Germany on September 23, 2006 |

The queen of power Akroma is probobly the most powerful whight card ever -- By Forrest from Carlsbad, CAL USA on October 06, 2006 |

Wow!!! I can believe they brought back Akroma. But, I hate how they put vigilance on some timeshifted cards because lightning angel and akroma now have quite a bit of room on bottom. -- By Anonymous from chicago,IL USA on October 06, 2006 |

This card is insanity!
Get it out and you WIN!!! -- By Anonymous from Estonia? on October 15, 2006 |

Yeah she is great, but like all cards she has a massive flaw, she is a card in magic and can still be gotten rid of. You can kill her Visera or Avatar of woe, but it takes a little effort. You can even kill her with Jaya Ballard, but it takes time. Let us say with Vis or AoW you also have a Mycosynth Lattice in play...BAM...no more Akroma, also you could then terror akroma. With Jaya Ballard you'd have to turn Akroma blue, which isn't hard, then turn Jaya Ballard some other color than red and bam, destroy target blue perm. Well I am done now, Akroma is still awesome. -- By Anonymous from G-Town, Usa on October 19, 2006 |

The best card against some of my pals black-red users. This can give an angel kick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Just perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -- By El magico from Pigos,Greece on October 30, 2006 |

Amazing. Nothing bad about it. When it was reprinted in Time Spiral, I about fainted. In T2 at states in '06, this card saved my butt more then 73525973898667254 times. There are absolutely NO drawbacks to playing her. The only stitch in its' side is when someone says, "Nice Akroma. Faith's Fetters." Ow. -- By boyse wingfield from Prahv on December 17, 2006 |

A fan favorite you may say. This card is sweet for the fact that it has almost every good ability that a creature could have, but it really is "noob" card. It's not exactly a devastating card for 8 mana that you're paying, and for that fact is the reason that it is never played competitively. There are better game-deciding creatures such as Morphling and Masticore and there are better white cards such as Balance, Land Tax, and Swords to Plowshares (which can easily take out an akroma). Overall, this card is a great collectible due to its impressive amounts of positive abilities and its high power; however, it is nowhere near one of the greatest creatures ever, let alone Magic cards as a whole. -- By Anonymous from California on December 27, 2006 |

this card is pretty good a must hahave for some decks. The only problem is it takes too long to get it out into play. But all in all I would use it. -- By Anonymous from Henderson, Nevada USA on January 11, 2007 |

one word AMAZING -- By Daniel D'Ambra from USA on February 09, 2007 |

Super expensive and WILL be countered by about every blue deck. Akroma, Angel of Fury rules now! If you are havig problems with Black or Red though(because of their burn and destroy effects) put in some Swords of Fire/Ice or Light/Shadow. These two equimoment cards are much more versitile in my deck and I can have more than oe out on the field pumpming up weenies for amuch lower cost than 8. Gotta admit the sweetness of this card though:P -- By Phil from Silver Spring, MD USA on February 10, 2007 |

One of the top big beater cards. Shuts down aggro, and puts your opponent on a 3 turn clock. Lately though, white has received a good amount of removal in the form of condemn and faith's fetters. Placing this in a blue/white deck, maybe splashing some black will set up for a powerful deck.
Best beater, second only to darksteel colossus. -- By Anonymous from Jurai on August 04, 2007 |
|
OK the card is way over-rated yes granted it has all those great abilities and it only cost infinity to play it, it is no match for black even though it has no protection so if you want to know the secret to beating it... play mono black then play Damnnation or cruel edict and then you extirpate it and bye bye Akroma. oh and btw if you can get it out of the hand before it can be played. -- By Jace from Ft Wayne IN on August 28, 2007 |
