Assualt and Battery is a so-so card. Sure the assault part is pretty good ( deal 2 damage to target creature\player) but its a sorcery. You can just get shock instead. (same affect except it is a instant) But battery sucks. 4 mana for only a 3\3! You can get a common thats a 3\3 for 3\3. I suggest you you just buy shock for like: 10 cents anbd a 3\3 for 10 more cents instead of buying a card for a dollar 
This card is a little above average. The Assault part is pretty good. It's on par with split cards being a little weaker than their solo breathren. (Being a sorcery in this case)
The Battery is also ok. It's no where near as good as call of the herd but in a r/g deck it will do if you need an extra finisher.
In general it's not really good enough for standard, pretty good for limited, and an ok card overall. Your Rights :
