Good for board clearing, difficult to pat double white kicker though. 
I don't like him. He doesn't stop your opponent cold like the Angel, if your opponent is smart, he/she'll hold a removal card for such emergencies and in a creatureless deck, you might as well play Wrath of God. Unless it's the only creature in your deck and you use Guided Passage to make them give it to you, but that's just crazy. 
The best card in apocalyspe , if you have a 1/1 creatura and you opponent control three6/6 creaturs is ohhh!!! Your Rights :
