**** A must for any discard deck!

**** it's only ONE mana.. cast 2 of them and then use a Mindslicer to get rid of your opponent's hand and watch him die... suffering... this card is evil.. little evil toy...

**** It's a bit better than Black Vise, in my opinion. It's better for your opponent to have few to no cards in hand rather than four or more...so this card beats out the Vise. That being said, this artifact would best be put in a discard deck, probably black or black/blue as those colours are best with drawing and discarding cards. In any case, just keep him discarding and watch him lose his life in the process.
