Nine turns seems like a long time to wait for a suspend cost doesn't it? But the up side is that your opponent can't go nine turns without using a spell so you won't need to wait nine turns. There is also Jhoira's Timebug that can help bring this guy out faster. Once this Kraken hits the field he's pretty solid at 6/6 and is unblockable. Besides the long wait with suspend this guy could be fun to play with. 
One thing this guy is going to see when he hits play is a mortify or putrefy. opponent wont care about this thing Your Rights :
