Teferi is one of the most broken creatures in the game.

For example, with Knowledge Pool he can shut your opponents out of the game such that they will never be able to cast another spell again.

An absolute monster in Azami EDH decks. Combine him with Azami, Psychosis Crawler, Mind over Matter, and an Elixer of Immortality and bam infinite damage to all of your opponents at once.

He nullifies counterspells, and he allows you to play your creatures on other players' end steps. Tired of always having to decide whether to cast a creature spell, or save mana for a counterspell? Teferi solves this problem! You can just save your mana. If your opponent didn't play anything to counter? no worries; just drop your creatures on his or her end step, while avoiding the trouble of making the wrong decision!!
Teferi also makes the blue decks able to ambush block with big creatures like Djinns and Air Elementals to bring nasty surprises to your opponents' combat steps! Teferi easily scores 5/5

squelch for those pesky isochron's and other "ability" cards, or dream's grip to tap it. they'll HAVE to try to counter it, usually with that same isochron. watch out for evil willbenders though. if an opponent is playing blue and has any morph cards out, you should have a spy network to play, and maybe some prodigal sorcerers? (count on loosing one though...)

It loses its top place in legacy, but it dominates standard and extended. The most dominant blue creature, controlling the field, dictating what your opponent can do, and increasing your options. This rips apart opposing counter decks and suspend cards. Just watch out for the occasional mouth of ronom and sudden death. Otherwise Mace Windu will set you up for the win.

suprised no one has seen the combination of this card with mystical teachings in a blue/black deck...on your sixth turn you search for ANY creature card in your deck and you can flash that card into play at anytime

I play type one almost exclusivly and i can say with out a doubt this is the best creature sience Morphling (in type 1) if he gets into play the game is over you can controll all and your oponent gets to sit and watch it's not just counters it's end of turn, during upkeep, draw and untap this card is a monster. And let not forget what is does for you now you can play creatures at the end of your oponents turn keeping your mana free all the time as far a creaturs go Morphling is number one with a bullet but Teferi has to be number two.

I thank the gods that my freinds havent gotten this card yet. Anyone beside me notice that with seedborn muse and Teferi, you can effectivly make every turn your turn?

He doesn't just shut down counterspells, but ALL instants. Giant Growth? Nope. Angel's Grace? That'd be fun to play, huh? Too bad. Not on my turn, anyway. Play your spells on your turn and I'll just keep doing whatever I want. Awesome.

This creature has one of the most unique and powerfull effects on a magic card. On top of completly shutting off your opponents counterspells, he enables you to play all of your creatures at the end of your opponents turn. He also automatically counters any suspend spells your opponent has.

This is the perfect way to sum up how blue can dominate. Take away all of your opponents options and make anything possible for you. This is a monster of a card.

This is Teferi as he is at the end of the Time Spiral novel. He has just lost his Planeswalker ablilities and became mortal.

This card is the card to end counter wars with!

This is Teferi the ex-Planeswalker, read the book ;)

As a card, he's good for shutting down counterspell decks when they are tapped out.

Good but Legendary which makes him pretty fragile...

This is Teferi the Planeswalker? I admit he is pritty good giving all spells and cretures Flashback, but Teferi is a Planeswalker not a wimpy mage.

This guy is a very good card, but he is not like the Teferi in the Time Spyral Cycle. His second ability is good though.
