In my own opinion, easily the most splashable and handy monster card in the game, instant synchro summon.

one of the best staple cards ever since the beginning of the game, especially with synchros, special summon cyber and activate emergency teleport to bring psychic commander, tune them and you have a level 8 synchro out without even using your normal summon, that's just so broken it makes you feel like a cheater...add some malicious or mezuki and plaguespreader zombie to that and chances are someone will hate you after the duel

This card upset the balance of the game from its very release, encouraging the growth of the now Monarch saturated metagame while making level 4 beatsticks obsolete. A must have for serious players.

This card is an awesome one, but i think it should be a little cheaper (it's too expensiveT-T) like 10-13 dollars.
