**** I just thought about a combo of Nirkana Renevant, and Quag Vampires with this card. If you have a decent amount of land on your field and Nirkana, you get double for each swamp and you could pay the kicker and have a monster of an unblockable card with Quag vampires.

***** I like to run these w/ Spreading Algae. Even late game I've been able to play Genju of the Fens on opponent's land, turn it into a creature then have it killed due to Grave Pact and a sacrifice medium. Rinse, Lather, and Repeat until they own no lands. I've been planning on putting in Greater Good or something for a sacrificy card engine, but this discard 3 off-sets me just a little bit.

***** All I have to say is, Crusading Knight. I have a knight deck built around this. Works great for me.

***** white/black deck...stuffy doll,pariahs shield and stern judge

***** Korlash + zombie master + dark ritual + Urborg + one swamp. If you draw these cards you will have an unblockable 3/3 with regeneration for one swamp (because of zombie master) that rapidly grows much stronger by turn three.

*** at first glance this is just awesome, but there are way more bad things than good about this: it's legendary. it helps your opponent in some games. it's not basic, so you can't terramorphic expanse or rampant growth it up. being legendary just doesn't work: it's a land. putting more than 2 in a deck just normally isn't a good idea (unless you have stuff that destroys your land for some reason [boom//bust, wildfire]). being legendary also means that if your opponent is up on mana they can just drop another of these and they both die. with tendrils of corruption, it's nasty. beyond that bit of synergy...not necessarily worth including in any decks.

***** and also think about this card with four cabal coffers out.

***** Not only is this card great for the reasons noted in the other reviews, but combine it with Filth from Judgment and you've got yourself an army of unblockable monsters.

***** Great card, makes all your lands have the option to produce black mana. Great for multi colored decks.

***** Wow...just wow...probably my favorite card out of the entire set! You can now play Reiver Demon in multicolored decks (but i dont know why you would)! Or Dash HOPES! THE LIST GOES ON AND ON! It's just simply amazing what you can do, add Green with Black for huge mana. You can even play this and then play Karma and you opponent is getting a huge dose of damage, and then just destroy Karma and you save yourself.
