There is no Hero capable of the things Neos is capable of. Easy beatstick with deployment options out the whazoo: Ancient Rules, O - Oversoul, E - Emergency Call, Elemental Hero Prisma, Hero Blast, and more. Unlike the other competitve Heroes, good 'ol Neos is the easiest of them all to get out, and keep getting out over and over. No word of a lie: my opponent destroyed him ten times, and I summoned him back ten times! You can go from no monsters to Cyber Dragon, Neos, and Guardian of Order in one single turn, and possibly beat the pants off your opponent in the process. In a proper deck built around him, you can manage the summon of a 2500 ATK monster on the first turn or nearly every duel, and the second turn of every other duel. Imagine that: 2500 ATK on the field while most other decks are assembling 1900 ATK and lower monsters, if they're luck. I've only seen such speed and power coming out of Dark Armed Teleport, and they didn't even have the benefit of Honest like Neos does! Best of the Elemental, Destiny, and Evil Heroes? Definitely!

E hero neos in my oppinion is one of the most adaptable of any elemental hero ...it is the only one of its kind to be able to combine with other e heros along wiht its on set of cards the neo spaciansin a diation it is the only creasture of its series that can combine with seperate monster prime exapmles being rainbow dragon and yubel a must have for anyone wanting to run an e hero deck
