Race For The Galaxy is a purely card -based game [no board] about building a weird and wonderful empire of world and developments from the various races on the cards.You mostly pay with cards to put other cards from your hand on the table,so then you have to work out ways of getting more cards in your hand.You can go for military conquest,or economic development,or a mixture of both.The game takes a bit of learning,but once you're into it,you can't wait to play another game !
