Hm, I'm suprised no one has written a review for this card yet? Comon people she's the Old School Captain of the oh so famous Weatherlight ship. Anywho, not bad for 3 mana, a 2/2 Legendary creature that has the ability to suspend any card (besides lands), you can suspend some nice big creatures and spells that would devistate anyone not playing a counter deck, hence the 4 star rating. =P. 
I do love this card for it's killer suspend abilities. It's fun to use with Walk the Eons, or Time Stretch. Give yourself an extra turn for 3 mana. Sweet sweet card.
Oh, by the way, this is not the captain on the Weatherlight. That would be Sisay. She's a good card too. But not quite Johira. Great card. Your Rights :
