My girlfriend got this for me one Christmas. I was unsure since I was more into naval game (pacific carrier battles, WWII), but after playing it, I was hooked. The random turn impulse system is very fun, and lends itself well to solitare play. Only divisions are represented, with a stack of two or three representing a corps with added combat bonuses. This keeps the counter number to a minimum, as battalions and other corps-level units are abstracted. Supply is handled well, with an imperative for the Allies to capture ports, and Germany to stockpile. If the subject interests you, or just tabletop gaming in general, this fun, fast paced game is a must for your collection!
