Lorwyn contains 301 black bordered playable cards. Each pack contains 15 playing cards and a additional Tips and Tricks card that sometimes has a token face. 1 Rare, 3 Uncommons and 11 Commons per pack with a chance of receiving a foil card in the place of a common slot.
This set contains a brand new tribal based world in a fantasy setting. With mechanics such as Champion, Clash, and Evoke. This set also contains Planeswalkers for the very first time!

Lorwyn is a great edition well worth the $2.50. Changeling's are some fantastic creatures, they are some of the most versatile creatures out there, I sat for hours on end thing of all the combos they make work Goblin, Elf deck, Goblin Merfolk are some of the ones I have. And of course you can't not like the Plainswalkers, hard to get took me 26 packs, but they are all awesome.

Great set, bought 2 to add some extra cards, if you have plenty of lands buy the boosters. The set focus of creature types is nice.

I really like Lorwyn. When they first revealed that there was going to be another tribal block, I rolled my eyes. "Just another Onslaught block, this is going to be so boring." Out of curiosity, though, I got a couple boosters, and quickly changed my mind. It's really cool to see some lighter artwork, instead of always having dark, demonic, depressing cards about murder and apocalypses and such. I really like the entire Lorwyn set, including Shadowmoor. Buy some today!
