A Lorwyn Tournament deck contains 75 cards including land. There is also an additional Pro Player card included in the Tournament pack as well as a insert that contains information on new abilities introduced in the set.

I obviously got luckier than you can really expect, but mine came with a planeswalker (Chandra Nalaar) and thoughseize as well as one other rare. Better priced then the booster packs, and the lorwyn lands are nice also. Thoughseize is a $15-20 card in a $8+ deck. Certainly worth it.
