Best pre-con ever! Add a couple of gilmore theifs and a few lullmages and you can counter any spell due to lullmages abilty! buy this deck it owns!

This deck plays pretty well right out of the box but just begs to be modded. I have over 60 customized decks and this one is one of my strongest with only about 10 dollars worth of added cards. If you build it right you will win without attacking even once. Just make sure you pick up a few extra Merrow Commerce. Millling Merfolk for the win!

Best precon I've ever played with. You're never left without something to do in this deck and can kill opponents by milling, tokens, islandwalk, and protection. Awesome deck.

Best precon Ive ever bought, but trust me--get two, plus 4 each of Grimore Thief, Ambassador Laquatus, and Savor the moment. Merfolk can rock in constructed right now. Blue White with no control, just merflok and milling. My deck based of this can have 12 merflok or so and mill a 60 card deck on turn 5 consistently. But without addins, the deck isnt that strong. Deck has infinite turn capacity right out the box too.

I'd say this deck plays well. The merfolks are cheap and have good abilites. Abilities to mill, draw cards, buff creatures, and make other merfolks unblockable. Cards like Oblivion Rig make the deck rid of whatever is a threat to you. The only downside to this deck is the lack of counterspells and bounce cards. Which it only supports one of each. For a theme deck, i give it 4 stars. It's a great deck to build around and add faster and stronger cards too.
