Most 'teeps' are benign, but there are some who use their genetic edge against 'lesser' men. The Psi Corps controls and oppresses humans they find with the talent, but what of the rest of the galaxy? Are all telepaths as prideful as Bester, or are they as different and varied as the other facets of the galaxy's species?

Babylon 5 - Telepaths is the second edition guide to telepathic characters. Covering the views on telepaths found in other alien cultures, their organisations and utility, this sourcebook explains much more than what the Psi Corps has to offer. Using this book, readers can now create detailed and fleshed out alien telepaths, including a handful of telepath-only prestige classes. Now crafty players can tap into the hidden powers of the Puppeteer or perform superhuman activities of mind over matter with the Mentalist. With new feats like Mindwraith and Cerebral Siege and new telepathic abilities like Chronomantics or Spasm, even older telepathic characters can find great new tools to use.

With how much the telepathic system had changed when the Babylon 5 Roleplaying game updated to its second edition, we also have added a handful of prestige classes, feats and abilities from earlier works in order to better adapt them to the new and improved system. New looks at old favourites like the Cyberpath and Telekinetic are modified to the current edition in an effort to make the transition for some readers that much easier.
