I know it may look dumb for me to give it a 5 star rating but here's why: For one reason it's only ONE MANA for a creature that actually does something. Another reason is if you have two of these in play, they die give an opponnent's creature -2-2 and have an Aphetto Dredging(ON) in your hand, (to revive) them and have a Carrion Feeder(SC) sacrifice them after you revive them, the Carrion Feeder gets two counters plus give your opponent another -2-2. Killer Combo. -- By Mauro from Brownsville, TX USA on December 19, 2003 |

Oh no it does not look dumb to give it a five star rating. You pretty much described a similar combo i use but i dont use dredging i use that cleric that when turned face up brings ALL ZOMBIES back. What this means for me is unlimited use of my creatures cus then i sac that guy with one of my naruto husks, phyrexian plague lord, carrion feeder, innocent blood you name it. then gravedigger his butt back to my hand sac gravedigger and flip that guy up again think you get the idea. But more on this card it can kill 2 savannah lions! or a 2/2 for only one mana! and you can get it here for super cheap. or like i mentioned earlier with naruto husk. -- By nick from Iowa on September 09, 2006 |

A good card that'll finally see some use now that it has some partner in crime on the black side of the goblin family with the introduction of Lorwyn. Should be a commonly used target of the goblin sac engines in type two. -- By Andrew from Missouri on October 16, 2007 |
