These sleeves are amazing.. Well as far as sleeves go anyway. I used to use the Ultra Pro sleeves with the MtG art and while they were decent enough, these Max Pros blow them away. I won't try to give a really in-depth review of sleeves because... well, they're sleeves. Only so much can be said. I will say that they are FAR slicker than the Ultra Pros so they're much easier to shuffle. Also, the "background" is black instead of white (like the majority of UP sleeves). I think it makes the cards look a lot better but that's just a matter of opinion. And finally, they've done a fine job of protecting my cards :) Not one sleeve has torn and all my cards look like they did when I put them in.

I just ordered these sleeves because all my friends use them...even my own brother, I sat there and held his deck and the sleeves have a very nice feel on them and he has some really old cards in his deck from back when he first started playing and there aren't even a smudge or scratch on the cards at all.

I had my deck in black sleeves. Several players asked me where I bought them and I couldn't remember. Finally one guy asked if I would unsleeve my deck and sell him the used sleeves.
