the only thing to be careful of with this card is maximum hand size, however if you have otns of sliver they all have haste and top for one mana you can do this then play around 10 more cards excellent for power plays

With all of the tribal decks out now, this card is excellent. I have used it to draw 22 cards with merfolk; as long as you are not in danger of dying from deck depletion, drawing 20+ cards will give you excellent card advantage and selection. A must have in any tribal blue deck.
