Think of it as fork or twin cast every turn. In my wizard deck I can often copy the same cheapo instant 3 or 4 times a turn. Ridiculous with snap and azorius chancery. Makes glimpse the unthinkable game ending when copied twice. Will be banned in legacy and extended.

Wonderful card! I was finally able to use it in full force last night. I was pulling stuff like copying Disperse to three or four high-cost creatures at a time to keep my opponents busy. Also got to refill by hand using it with Fathom Trawl. Highly recommended!
