Bill Laimbeer's Combat Basketball was released in 1991 by Hudson soft for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. The game was based around Bill Laimbeer and shoving around basketball players in the 'paint'. Even though the Super NES had 6 buttons, this game revolved around using one button and the directional pad to do all moves in the game.
