Chavez was a primarly spanish only game for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. This game came out in the period where people were switching the Playstation over SNES and there was a large market for Spanish SNES players. The game was designed around the great mexican boxer Julio Cesar Chavez. This game featured future staples of boxing career games such as the ability to upgrade your fighter.
