Bronkie the Bronchiasaurus was developed by WaveQuest for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. This game is an educational action game about Dinosaurs helping kids to learn to control their Asthma. Bronkie and his pals at the time of its release were only available in limited ways. One being through mail order, the other being through an actual doctors perscription.

You're not paying for a cartridge. You're paying for the knowledge that some little kid had to visit the doctor and get a prescription for his new Nintendo game. My mom just bought me Mario 3.
