Ahhhhh~ The Forces of Darkness. Sweet... Sweet... Darkness. Unless you pick a set that says "Phantom Darkness" than you wouldn't know just how TRUELY sweet this sense of Darkness can really be. Nay, the Promos may not be wildfire to the price (but Promos are Promos.) But when you sink your fingers into opening these packs, the thrill of finding a powerhouse card could be close at hand. Now (unlike some packs, in which you open a pack, and you pull out a "Dark Rabbit" *Stardust... Over-driiiiive~" or something as... AHEM~ "Berfomet" - "Absolute Powerforce"), With Phantom Darkness, it's like smelling a good draw... or a spill-happy (Super, Ultra, Secret or Ultimate) with each pull. Sure you may not get that Yubel or even that Dark-Armed Dragon, but you somehow... (oddly enough) don't feel let down at all, cause you saw a card that you overlooked and respond: "Hey, I could use this card for so-and-so deck build" or "Ohhhh~ Neat, I could use this card for my Side Deck." Cause, if you like the sensation of Madness and complete and Absolute Evil... Then Phantom Darkness is the set that will quench your thirst UNTIL you get that big draw!

The 2 cards not in packs in this are just decent nothing spectacular. However, the cards in the packs are sick. Also there is a possibility of yubel's and her forms in the packs. If you want packs for possibilities of good cards choose these. I personally plan on buying a few of these for fun.
