Your plan doesn't work because black lotus isn't any combination, it's three of one colour. Nice try though. In the new set coming out, they have a 6/6 flying trample demon that you can't win the game, and your opponents can't lose the game, I'd love to donate him.

donating phage does not make the recipeint lose. It says "when phage comes into play...". exchanging control does not cause the card to leave play and return, it just exchanges control, so no comes-into-play or leaves-play abilities ever trigger. However, this card does rock.
